Double Charged and my Form Tabs aren't working.

    AOn Friday, I upgraded my account.

    Yesterday, I was charged again but my regular amount.

    Today, I can't create a form.  None of the tabs work.   I cannot edit my existing forms either.

    Also, my account was showing the upgraded limits on Friday but now it's showing the lower limits again.

    The issue on the form builder was a temporary glitch which our higher team support was able to fix already. Please check again on your end (after refreshing your browser).

    Please inform us if this issue persist on your end.


    As for the double charge, can please create a separate topic for it. Use this link -Provide as much details as you can. 

    We will attend to it as soon as we can.
