Hey guys JotForm stopped serving forms or apps this afternoon for a while - 25th May 4.15pm
Now when we go back into JotForm and look at our forms created a few of them don't have our images that we had uploaded are are coming up with Question Marks in the box where the image normally is.
Any ideas why please? We have had to pull down our forms being used on Facebook for promotions we are spending thousands of $ on.

I apologize for this issue. There is a problem with our file server, it seems. We're experiencing difficulties opening files uploaded in our servers thus the image not appearing in your forms.
I have already reported this problem to our development team. This will be taken care of in the soonest time possible. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
In the meantime, I suggest that you have your images hosted on your own servers or you may use a 3rd party image hosting service such as ImageShack.us.
Insert your image to the form by adding an Image Field found under the Power Tools option. Choose "Enter URL" to insert your self-hosted image.

Hi this problem hasn't been fixed from the 26th May
We have had to resort to finding another source of form creation to create a short term fix. Each of our Forms when we preview or upload comes up with a Question mark in the box still.

We're having problems, too. For secure forms, we need secure images hosted with the form, otherwise the forms list security errors. Hosting the images and hotlinking them don't allow secure images as components of the forms.

i am having the same issues as Logitech...images no longer showing.

Has this now been fixed?
We've had to move all our forms over to Google Forms unfortunately, meaning our JotForm membership is now going to waste really.
What is the latest in relation to images?
