    Hi Terry, I see you are currently on the Premium Plan. If I am understanding you correctly I think you might mean that you wish to cancel your subscription to our service?

    You can do this by following these instructions:

     

    (1) Go to the Billing Section in My Account

    (2) Click on the " Free Plan " to downgrade then click " Cancel Subscription ".

    Hi, your submission data remains. You will still be able to access and maintain them.

    The only difference that will happen will be on your account limits. (since the subscription is now downgraded)

    What happens to submissions data and my forms  if I downgrade towards the free subscription for be

    ginners, where the storage capacity is lower? Will it be kept?

    Please cancel my subscription too. I requested this thing earlier and still I am getting billed! This is not fair!
