billing, click on the free plan and then click on cancel plan. However
when I log out and come back in, it still shows my current plan as the
premium. I want to make sure I don't get billed next week. How do I
verify it is actually closed. Do I need to go to the Plimus/bluesnap site?

I checked on this again for you and found that it appears this happened because I did not see your username listed and associated with your account and plan that you subscribed to. Anyhow, I have cancelled this subscription for you per your request and your account is scheduled to be downgraded on 10/4/2013 so you won't see it downgrade to a Free Account Status until then but if you request it then we will do that for you now.
