Double charged and limits not showing correctly.

    On Friday, I upgraded my account.
    POS debit 
    CC 09/20 15:40 W/D CRD*PLI*JOTFORM 186631277  


    Yesterday, I was charged again but my regular amount before the upgrade..
    Point of Sale (PS) 
    FS *JotForm CC SGN  

    Also, my account was showing the upgraded limits on Friday but now it's showing the lower limits again.

    Hello, I've inspected your account and I found the problem. What had happened was you originally had subscribed to us through our FastSpring Payment System and when you upgraded this was not detected so it pushed you into a new Upgraded subscription via our Plimus Payment System. This in turn left 2 subscriptions going. I can see that you are currently on the Economy Plan as of the 20th of this month so I have manually corrected this for you and cancelled plus reversed the secondary Premium Plan that was charged to you. You can expect that charge to be credited back to your bank account within about two weeks usually less.
