    The checkbox input of my form does not show up in the notification email.

    Hi again,

    I am having trouble with my newly created form. Everything seems to be working but for some reason the check box part of the form does not occur in the e-mail we receive. I have two different forms and they both have the same problem. Same problem occurs when I add a radion button. It does not show up in the e-mail we receive… please help. Forms with id-s below…

    Hello.   

    THe thing here is that in your email notification settings, the checkbox is not there so you are not receiving any data submission with checkbox.

    Here's the screenshot.

    When you go to your notification setting you can simply add the checkbox by clicking the tag on the right.

    1. Click setup and Embed

    2. Tthen click Email Alerts

    3. Click the notification that have been set up in your form.

     

    4. Click the tag at the right side to be able to be added on the notification template.

    That shoul fix the issue you are having.

    However, you don't need to fix it as I have fixed it on your behalf.

    All you have to do now is to test an actual submission to be able to see if it is working properly now.

    Go ahead and test the form. If problem persists, please let us know so that we could further investigate.
