Hi! I would like to insert the same jotform in various pages. Inside the form, I want to use the "default value" in this way: When the user is viewing a certain page, the default value in the form is the name of that specific page. In that way, each page have a different default value in the form. I am going to use the form in a real estate page. When the user is watching an specific page (that corresponds to a house, for example), the user can see the name of the property in the default value field (for example: Are you interested in the property: ___________(the name of the property that is showing in the page) (see the attached image. Is an example of that I am looking for)
I do not know if I was clear!
Thanks in advance

You can achieve this using the pre-fill URL parameter of the form.
Here is a guide you can use How-to-Know-the-Exact-URL-of-a-Page-From-Which-a-Submission-Came
Hope this help. Please inform us if you need further assistance.

Thanks Jonathan but unfortunately I can not see the examples (an error message appears: "Invalid form URL"). And I read all the instructions but I noticed that this is useful when I want to know the URl of a page. But if I understand correctly this information is useful only to me, the administrator of the form. My question is different because I need that the client, who is using the form, see the name of the page in a default field. I had attached a photo but I do not know why is not visible, but I found an example that is something similar that I am looking for. Clic here. In the example notice that in the field "message" the name of the property appears, by default, in the message field. Is it that possible?
Thanks for your time

If you see the example form by my colleague, that exactly what you are looking for. Here is the updated URL of these example forms:
This example basically uses the URL parameter feature to pre-populate some textbox of your form. When you embed your form in different places, you change the URL parameter and user will see the default value.
Here is a guide which should help you understand how URL parameter works: http://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-fields-to-your-JotForm-via-URL-parameters
Hope this helps.
