I just changed the email address in MY ACCCOUNT >> EDIT EMAIL ADDRESS to a new email recipient. But when I tested the form, it is going to the old email address that was linked to the account. Is there somewhere else that I should change it?

Changing your account email address will not change the email address which is used to receive submission emails. You need to change the "Recipient Email" address of all your form notification alert.
