    Hi,

I am looking at purchasing a subscription to access your dropbox template so we can put an upload button on our website, however I wondered if there is any option for a CAPTCHA or password. I'm thinking that without some kind of security measure, our dropbox folder could fill up very quickly with malicious or spam-based files from bots. Is this a common problem?

    Hi,

You have the option to add a captcha to your form as a means of preventing unwanted submissions. For more information please review this guide on How to Add a Captcha.

It is also important for you to note that we do not support the creation of forms that ask for a password as those forms are usually used for phishing. If you attempt to create a form that asks for a password our automatic phishing detector will suspend your account.

I hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thanks!
