Upload Not Working

    Hello,

     

    Recently my upload functions have been broken. I only changed the text in the form and they all broke and now noone can upload any documents.

     

    Can you have a look soon, plese?

    It allows you to upload, except excel from what I can tell, but in the submission form the uploads do not get emailed to us!

    As I have checked, there is no upload field on your form.

    Hello Tori,

    I tested your form (#22135551426144) and didn't have any issue. I send you a test submission with file upload successfully and didn't encounter any issue. Please see the screen shot below:

    Could you please tell me what error are you getting? Have you embed this form in any website? If yes, please share the URL and it would help us find out the problem.

    I did see your links come through to your uploads. But Myself and many others have tried it and we did not see any links being sent. See attached from yesterday!
    However (!), I just tested it again… so somehow miraculously something must have been fixed as they are now coming through.
    Thanks, hopefully it doesn’t stop working again.

    I am not able to see the attachment.

    Anyway, I see that none of your file upload question is required. It may be possible that your other user must have not selected any file to upload.

    Please monitor and get back to us if the issue persists.
