    Submissions wont load

    I am unable to access the submissions from my form, it seems to start to navigate to the page but never loads.

    Hello SLAC,

    I've gone ahead and cleared the form cache from your account, I've also gone ahead and tested the account. I'm able to load your forms properly. If the issue persists kindly clear your browser's cache.

    This issue is still persisting. I am ABLE to load the form, I am UNABLE to view submissions.

    Please try the following options:

    1. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then re-check the service. Note, you will need to re-log in once the cookies are cleared.

    2. Try to use some other browser to see if that makes any difference.

    If mentioned options do not work, the issue might be related to the internet connection (some file does not load). Please let us know if you need any further assistance on this.

    I cleared everything and tried Chrome it still just endlessly acts like the submission page is loading but never loads. I'm getting VERY concerned because we are using this for an upcoming survey and I need to be able to download the data to excel. Please resolve this issue for me.

    1. We can send the Excel/CSV submission reports to your email per request.

    2. You can also add your own Exce/CSV reports to the form, and use these report links to download the report files.

    3. If you would like to troubleshoot it, please let us know if you can access the following text (script) links:

    http://extjs.cachefly.net/ext-3.1.0/ext-all.js

    Also, you can try to access the Submission page from other computer and Internet Service Provider.

    Unfortunately, this is preventing the submissions grid listing load from your side. You can contact your computer/network administrator to find out the source of this access issue.

    The script is loading fine all around the globe.

    I still cannot access my submissions. I need them to be cleared, can you do this?

    We can email submissions to you and then delete them from your account. Would you like to proceed with this?
