Upload space was not cleared after deleting submissions

    I deleted multiple submissions but the "Upload space" still says 83.29 MB used. I don't know why it is still high...My user names is ottawatourism

    I just checked that this form:  Major Event Support Application contributes much to the upload file size. I can see you already deleted some of the submissions, but those have been moved to the TRASHED ENTRIES folder. It will stay there for 30 days then gets deleted permanently from the server.

    Forms in the trash and archive folders still take up space if it has submissions that have associated file uploads. So purging them will clear the current file upload counts of the form. However, purged submissions can never be recovered. You can do that via the Jotform submission Tables as shown below:

    I have emptied the trash and have the same problem. It is not clearing my space. Any solution?
