    Email: Point email to a specific address after submit

    Hi 

    I would like that , once the form is submitted, it will open a ticket inside my online customer help desk. 

    I set my jotform account with my email: guido.salimbeni@gmail.com , and this is where I am receiving the jotform compiled forms from my clients.

    In order to make to open a ticket in my helpdesk I would need the form to be sent to water*****mes*****er*****t**@*********cation.******esk.com

    I can find a place to set a CC email address inside Jotform , could you please suggest me how to do it? Should I set a forwarding or a specific rule in my email account instead?

    Hi,

    Just want to clarify, In order for the user to open a ticket it needs to send an email to this "water*****mes*****er*****t**@*********cation.******esk.com", right? Meaning to say the process that you form needs is to send an outgoing email once the form is submitted? May I know what kind of online helpdesk you are using?

    If you are pertaiting to an outgoing email then you can try this. 

    1. Add the email in your recipient, You just need to seperate it by comma ","

    ex. your existing email is g****.s********@gmail.com so it will be like this

    g****.s********@gmail.com , water*****mes*****er*****t**@*********cation.******esk.com
