How to print all submissions at once?

My second question relates to downloading submissions so that I can fill the orders that people have placed. I used to have a pretty streamlined process for doing this by which I could select and print all of the form submissions at once. Now, with the upgrades that Jotform has made, I'm not sure how to print all of the submissions at once. Instead I have to download a printable version of the form PDF, wait for an email, download those PDF's onto my computer, extract all of them in the folder and then print individually.

My question is: is it possible to extract all and then print all at the same time once all of the PDF's have been downloaded onto my computer? I've attached a screenshot to illustrate

We made it to send an email instead of downloading because of the process in the background.

Your screenshot is a download through the Inbox page of the form. On the Inbox page, you have two options. Download the Print version and PDF document version.

For the Print version, it will be zipped, and each file is named based on the Submission ID.

For the PDF document version, it is zipped, and each file is named based on the first name field that appears on the Inbox page.

    JotForm Inbox link: https://www.jotform.com/inbox.

If you will download through JotForm Tables, the submissions are zipped and grouped into multiple PDFs. It will be 10 or 20 submissions. per PDF file.

Or, access directly by following the steps on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions.

If you want to print multiple submissions at once, I would suggest downloading through JotForm Tables.

    I hope that explains it.
