Please try to receate the email notification alert so that the email
variables are updated.
To delete the existin email notification:
1. Open your form in JotForm
2. Click on Setup and Embed
3. Choose Email Alerts and select the existing Notification
4. In the pop up window click on 'Delete Email' from the lower left corner
Recreate the email alert by following the instructions found here:
