Will you guys please test and refine the Filepicker tool's bugginess as in these following examples. I spent considerable time documenting these few scenarios.. when using FilePicker w/ IFrame, AND with the select file methods: URL method, and/or Upload file from computer.
Bottom line... when using the embedded IFrame (in Firefox or Safari) the FilePicker button does not engage (it appears to highlight the screen) and doesn't open.
( BUT, When using the Direct Link to the form the FilePicker button works. )
Again, my select methods are URL and Choose file from computer. Additionally, in one of my test forms, with only one method "URL" selected... the Filepicker tool incorrectly interpreted as "Choose file from my Computer". This was formID=32684068540154
My 3 test form IDs:
I experimented w/ deleting the button, recreating, cleaning cache, etc.

I can see that your ink file picker upload dialog is loading, if you scroll to the top of the form you will be able to locate the dialog.
I'm not quite sure, but I think that if you add aditional css to your ink filepicker dialog fixing the top margin, you will be able to control the position where it loads, in order to apply aditional css to your Filepicker you will need to login with the email address used at the InkFilepicker button, https://www.inkfilepicker.com/.
Once you are logged in inkfilepicker.com you will need to select "Web Dialog" tab, then you should specify the url where the aditional css will reside.
Upon checking the code at your website, you should add:
margin-top: 1190px !important;
This should increase the margin from 10px(default) to 1190px near your upload button of the upload dialog.
Hope it helps
