It is impossible to access to Formalytics
1) In half of the computers is not displayed popup for Login
2) In the rest of the computers where SI thoughts about this area (pop up) I do not recognize my username / password delivering the message "Incorrect username or password"
Formalytics It is one of the best JotForm additions ... please help

Thank you for your feedback. The Formalytics App is probably not fully finished, so will I ask our Next Level Support to check this out.
The good thing here is that we hope to get many more Apps in the nearest time.

Unfortunately we have received any update or reply from our next level support yet. Hoewever, this thread has been tagged as important, which means that they already are working on it. So, once they an answer you will get the update via this thread.

Unable to get access to following:
Just keeps asking me to Login to start application. It says I have an invalid username and password though if I refresh to jotform.com it shows me as logged in. I have logged in on a new browser so there isn't a cache issue like someone suggested. Would love some assistance.

September 26 is a long time not to have any information. PEC has been more than patient IMHO.

I am sorry to inform you, but the App seems to be not ready. The bug report ticket is still open in our system.
I have just sent a message to our developers about the issue. We will let you know when we have any news.
