    iPhone 'submit form' button doesn't work

    Asked by risboro on September 26, 2013 at 04:35 PM

    The behaviour of embedded forms on iphone/Safari is different then to a desktop browser.

    First, the 'submit form' button didn't display. I fixed this with some page setup (footer increase).

    But now that the button displays, pressing it results in nothing.

    Hi,

    could you try by using the Iframe code method in order to embed the form at your website.

    Unfortunately, this hasn't worked.
    I also tried the 'iweb' option (within my iweb), again without a result.
    The 'submit form' button doesn't work on smart phone (iphone, android).

    Hello,

    Please try to inject this custom mobile CSS query to your form:

    @media only screen and (max-device-width: 480px){

    .form-textbox{

    width:300px !important;

    min-width:300px !important;

    max-width:300px !important;

    }

    }

    Follow this guide on how to inject this codes

    1. Click Setup & Embed

    2. Preference

    A new window will pop-up.

    3. Then click Form Styles

    4. And paste the code under Inject Code CSS box.

    And then close that window and you're done.

    Kindly check if that could fix the issue.

    If problem persists please do let us know so that we could further investigate. We're here to help.

    Thank you for using JotForm. :)

    Since the problem seems to do with the height as well, I would recommend to use this code. Also, make sure you apply this to the entire form rather than the .form-textbox  class

    @media only screen and (max-device-width: 480px) {

    iframe,.form-all { height:500px !important; } }

    I hope this helps, let us know if further help is needed on regards to this
