Show live form result on a page.

    Dear Jotform Team - Thanks for your suggestion.  I have another potential client who is wanting us to build a golf/events registration form that once submitted will reflect the people who have registered.  See below:
    Just the Go Play! page on I think the way we have it now is clunky. Totally functional, but clunky, especially when compared to the Sign Up page on
    Like I said, if we could get a sign up form and a list of the participants who have signed up on the same page, I think that would be an improvement.  We could have one page per event and the user could navigate to that page from the list of events on Go Play!  Does that involve a database of some sort?
    If you think we can achieve what we enjoy now on,  Go to the Sign Up page. The password is snowshoe.
    Let me know your thoughts.  I'm pretty comfortable with Jotform...just want to see if you feel this is something I can create within it.  Thank you for taking the time to respond.

    You might want to consider our visual report feature.

    You can show the HTML table listing report on your website.

    The report may be accessed via direct link on our website, and placed (embedded) on your web pages. Report embedding option may be useful if you want to share the submitted data between form users.

    It comes with an optional Password protection, and sort submissions data by Ascending/Descending order (try to click on the column titles on your live report) features.

    Let's start with creating your first HTML Table Listing Report.
    (All data shown are just example for you to visually understand.)

    1. Click on the 'My Forms'  link.

    Click on My Forms

    2. Click on your form to 'Select' it.

    3. Click on the 'Reports' drop down, and then select the 'Add New Report' option.

    4. Select the 'HTML Table Listing', and click on the 'Next' button.

    5. Set the report 'Name', configure your report 'Fields', and enable the 'Password protection' option if you need it, then click on the 'Next' button.

    6. That is it. The report is ready. You will get a 'Direct link' to the Report, and the 'iFrame code' (that code is used for embedding, so you can embed the report on your web pages).

    Thank you very much.  Did you get a chance to review their sample site and form?  They also have the option to cancel their registration and then it removes their name from the report table.  Is that possible?

    I am afraid that is not quite possible with JotForm.

    You have to manually remove them in your submission page for that instance.

    So you have to inform them that they cannot cancel or, you can inform them to email you once they wanted to change something on the registration.
