    Hi GrapheneWeek, I've taken a look at your registration form on your WPS and I can see exactly what you are talking about. The only way it corrects itself is if the page is refreshed but that is irrelevant to the problem at hand and shouldn't be necessary. I've cleared your form cache from our end but that didn't work since I could see the problem is still there. I tried the live form here on jotform and that worked so it's very clear this is an integration problem.

    Here's the Test Video where I was able to replicate your Issue: https://shots.jotform.com/kade/Screenshots/2013-09-27_14h33_35.mp4

    We actually have two different WP Integration Methods so my advice as of right now would be to try reintegrating the form. Alternatively, if the first method doesn't work then try the other to see if this helps to get your form working via the second method.

    Here's the Two Methods for Integrating your Form with WP:

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Can you please remove the images from your form to see if that makes any difference on the wordpress page?

    If this fix the problem, please let us know, so that we will be able to proceed with the further investigation.

    @GrapheneWeek

    Is iframe embedding not an option? This should fixed it. How to get your iFrame Embed Code

    You may also try embedding it using your full source code, see if this helps fixed the problem. How to get your Form Source Code

    By the way, upon looking at your page now, all I see is the form short codes [jotform id=32642343211947]. Did you installed the plugin to your page? Try this plugin: http://www.jotform.com/blog/83-Embed-Form-Plugin-for-Wordpress

    Let us know if none of this works. Thanks!
