Product Payment Tool Selects All Products

Asked by jarmerson on September 27, 2013 at 12:20 PM

Hi, I've got a form with a payment tool and basic paypal integration.  I've setup conditions for each product so a minimum and maximum quantity is required for each selection based on pricing brackets.  I also have two products that are "free" but selection is hidden and is simply used to break the products list into separate parts.  There are no conditions on these products.

My problem started after my last edits.  I'm not sure if I changed something, but I went through the payment tool wizard and no product is selected by default, yet when I load the form all producst are selected by default.

    I greatly appreciate your feedback.

You have set default quantites for those products, prompting the form to have them selected, because an item with a quantity greater than zero is considered sold.

Removing the default quantities should clear the selection. Please do inform us if you have any other issues or concerns.

    Best regards

Yes!  Ok I didn't even consider this.  For some reason prior to the conditions I setup this wasn't the case.  Setting all the default quantities per each product to zero worked.

    Thank you Neil.
