Today, I went online to my form to change ONE SIMPLE THING. I went online to change a name field from two separate entries (First, Last) into a single text box so that both the first and last name would appear in the same cell of the spreadsheet which I download onto my Google Drive to view.
Changing this one simple line item had very unexpected consequences as follows -
1 - I lost all of my conditions and had to redo this at least 6 times each because it seemed as though your server was down today and as a result, I kept losing data and had to redo the conditions at least 6 times.
2- I lost my notification emails and had to redo and reformat those.
3 - I lost my autoresponder emails. I had several and it was EXTREMELY TIME CONSUMING to redo these and get the formatting right. I had to redo the formatting dozens of times because what was coming through in actuality was NOT what was showing on the jot form screen in terms of font, color, size, fields, etc.
I have literally spent my ENTIRE DAY working on this because it is vital to my business. I have been using Jot forms for a while, and I have recommended them to my friends. I specifically moved AWAY from Google forms because I felt that Jotforms were far more useful and attractive, and gave me much more flexibility. I have (up to today) never been disappointed.
Furthermore, I have now received a notice that I am reaching my 100 free submissions per month quota and that my form will be TURNED OFF.
THE ONLY REASON I HAVE COME CLOSE TO REACHING THIS QUOTA IS BECAUSE I HAD TO ENTER IN DOZENS OF ENTRIES MYSELF TODAY IN ORDER TO TEST THE FORMS AND MAKE SURE THEY WERE WORKING. MANY MANY TIMES I HAD TO RE-DO FORMATTING AND SPECIFICATIONS WHICH DIDN'T TAKE, AND SO HAD TO START OVER AGAIN. I continued to enter in forms to be certain that all the conditions and autoresponder emails would work properly.
You can go in and check my files. There are dozens of entries which are bogus and say "Test" or other nonsense on them as I had to test the fields again and again. I am hopeful that you can take this into consideration and NOT TURN MY SERVICE OFF because of the failure of your website to perform properly!
I am willing to be patient and to continue using Jotforms for my business, but not if there is no flexibility on your behalf with regard to shutting down my service at 100 entries. I look forward to hearing your reply in this matter and thank you for your consideration in advance.

We are usually quite friendly with our users, we are glad to help you by resetting your submission limit, just take into account that we only can do that one time per user.
