How do I dynamically transfer information from a field in a form built on another platform to a Jotform?

Asked by Adetec on September 27, 2013 at 03:15 PM

I've been using FormAssembly for over 4 years.  I've built several forms using FormAssembly. And, it will be too difficult to import them to Jotform and rebuilding them would take FOREVER.  So, I'd like to create a small part of each form in Jotform.  But, I need for Jotform to take  information from a FormAssembley field and place it into form in a Jotform form.  How can I do that.  FormAssembly says that my FormAssembly forms can do their part to make this happen.  Can Jotform support this so that it will work?  If so, how?

Jotform can read form source code from any 3rd party sites. Try to clone the form of your assembly form to Jotform, here's a guide: How to Clone a Form from a Web Page. You should be able to get the entire fields of the form but not its styles simply because it is not hosted in Jotform.
