Data not shown on Drop Box after outage

    We didn't have the Dropbox Integration Feature enabled, and I was notified that there was a loss of data at some point this week. I don't have full information about which forms or what dates this data loss occured, but I have the ID #s of the lost submissions. 

    Is there anyway I can track this data down? 

    Like, did we just not receive any data when it was being entered or did we receive the data and then it got deleted? 

    If it was the second option, then there may be a chance we could check our email notifications to find the information, but I'm currently not having much success on that front.

    All submissions made to your account should be accessible through the JotForm website. By clicking selecting your form a button appears above that's labelled submissions, like so:

    First select your form, then click on submissions.

    All data should be located there.
