PayPal and emails

    I know this is a basic question, but suddenly, I'm not sure :)

    I've set up a form for an event. The participants will pay by PayPal.

    When do they receive the autoresponder email? That is, the one I've set up to give them the details of their booking. Do they get it when the PayPal is confirmed or as soon as they submit the Jotform bit?

    This event is a monster and I'm trying to eliminate as much confusion as possible.

    Let me please inform you that we do not send the email alerts for incomplete payments. In other words, the form is triggering emails for paid submissions only.

    However, we have an additional option that can send the email notifications about non-confirmed PayPal submissions. That option does not affect the Auto Responders.

    Thanks Mike! I think I'd managed to confuse myself. We've got both options you suggested.
