Please refund double subscription

    I was charged twice, please provide refund for one because my account was affected by the double charges.

    I have processed the refund for your subscription I-JSEY5RB6LG7D.

    Please give us 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect your account.

    Your account would still have an active Bronze yearly subscription I-2MAAC6JG168Y.
