Receiving error message when using Payment Tools

    I have my form intregrated with PayPal Pro and intregration has been confirmed successful on JotForm. When I try to complete a purchase I receive the following error message ...


    Invalid Configuration
    This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration.


    Details: Transact: TIMESTAMP=2013%2d09%2d28T15%3a34%3a18Z&CORRELATIONID=cbcfd049d7f81&ACK=Failure&VERSION=54%2e0&BUI

    According to the Error Code Documentation on the paypal site here, you are receiving the error message because you have not agreed to the billing agreement or the billing agreement is disabled or inactive. Please go to your paypal account and verify that you have agreed to the billing agreement.
