Other ways of sending notifications when a form is submitted?

Hi, Im creating web order form for my clients to receive orders placed from the website.

As I'm using Silver plan (to remove branding), how can I setup in a way where my clients will receive notification without installing jotform app on their phone beside the emails notification?

Would be best if the orders can be sent to my clients using whatapps.

Other than email notification, you can send SMS as notification only if your client's mobile network supports it. hi Jed, how about whatapps? there are multiple service providers here, so a bit hard to set based on providers

and if my client installed jotform apps on their phone to receive notification whenever there is a submission, can my client see only the form I created for them, not my other clients' forms?

Sorry, we do not have a direct integration or sending notification via Whatsapp.

A workaround would be to configure the Click to Chat feature with Whatsapp (https://faq.whatsapp.com/en/android/26000030/?category=5245251). You can have the Whatsapp URL in the Thank You URL settings, so people are automatically redirected and prompt to send you the message on Whatsapp when submitting the form.

Using the JotForm app, your clients can see only their submissions - not other clients.

For that first assign the form to your customers. Your customers will need to have an account on JotForm to access the forms. When they download the JotForm app on their mobile, log into the app, they can access and submit the form. Once submitted, they can view only their submission via the app.
