    Email Conditional Logic NOT Working

    Hi,

    I have a conditional email setup so to a particular recipient such that when the form is submitted, an email is sent to the email in the "Guardian's email" this used to work and I am not sure what changes I have made that is prevent this from working now.

     

    In addition, I have a conditional question setup, see attached. When "No" is checked for "Are you planning on pursuing a post-secondary school education", then the field "Name of Prospective Post-secondary school" should be hidden.

    Hi,

    The Email Conditional Logic is attached to a required checkbox field. I would suggest removing that particular logic and use the Auto Responder plainly. Just select to what email field from your form that you would like to send the Auto Responder and just make sure to have this email address field set as required. This should help. 

    If it's not working after doing this steps, please let us know so we can check the form and please allow us to test it.

    By the way, what field is having the TAG "{ifLess}" ? This is your Email Tag currently placed on the Auto Responder and I can't seem to find this Email Field. Please let us know. OR, please correct that one and make sure to have the correct Email Tag.

    You can get field tag/name by clicking the properties of a field:

    Right Click or Click "Settings" > Click "Properties" > Field Name Section:

    Initially, I think the "date of birth" field was setup so that if the user is less than 18 years old then the guardian's email field would be shown and would need to be completed along with the guardian's name and phone.  But I think this condition was only setup based on the year (which would then need to be adjusted every year). Since this would be inaccurate, we decided to have a field with the question, "have you turned 18 years yet"  But I am not sure how to adjust the previous condition or whatever is causing the email responder to not work.

    It's been resolved, I was able to see the field that said if less and I adjusted it.

    The guardian's email is now being notified correctly now.
