I keep trying to upgrade to the next plan level (Economy / 10,000 Submissions) but it never seems to stick. Please fix this asap. We can't get any submissions right now! This is an urgent matter.

This happens because your original subscription has NO correct Jotform Username on it. You have been manually upgraded from our system.
We can do this for your from our end, are you trying to upgrade to Economy Monthly or Yearly? Let us know so we can proceed.

hmmm. I'm not sure what that means but thanks for handling. We would like to be billed monthly. Thanks again.

Thanks for the confirmation. Your account is now subscribed to our Economy Monthly Plan. Your new billing date is every 28th of each month.
