Our clients have the captcha authentication come up at their end as the last step before they can submit their form. Is that something we can remove at our end please so they don't have to do it?

I've checked your https://www.jotform.com/200501522864042 form, but it doesn't appear to have a CAPTCHA element.
Did the CAPTCHA appear after clicking on the submit button?

Sorry about that and thanks for the clarification. I have escalated this to our higher team so they can get rid of the captcha that appears after submitting your form. We'll keep you posted for updates.
