Please help! The forgot password is not sending me reactivation emails. My password won't work (I haven't changed it!). Tomorrow is Cyber Monday and I have people directed to filling out my forms. WORST TIMING EVER!!!! If people try the urls, they get "form not found" error. I logged into my app and the forms had all been disabled. I enabled them, but they still show "Form Not Found"! I cannot get into my account on my computer to work on anything.

Your forms are suspended due to this field:
It is against our terms to collect usernames and passwords.
Please review our Terms of Use.
We need to delete these offending fields and then we can activate your account.
