I cant seem to load a form either as a user or creator, from any of the links either emailed, copied or from the app on my mobile phone

Please check if you have set the forms to Private mode.

You can see this under PUBLISH >> Quick Share

If you set the form to private anybody not logged in as you, the creator of the form will be shown this page after clicking on the form link.

You could then grant access to those people you want to be able to fill out the form.
If you want your form to be accessible to everybody set it to public.
