I need my account re-activated

    I had received an email stating that my form which I had credit card info labels would be deleted and I said yes, I didn't know about the payment integration you had, but I didn't really need the form at all, found paypal could take care of it, I do need access to my forms, I may re-activate my plan aswell. Thanks

    The offending fields have been deleted from your form. Your account has been reactivated. You should be able to access your forms now.
