Worldpay Integration: select merchant ID

    Hi,

    I have two Jotforms with Worldpay integrations, and I need to change the installation ID on both of these forms.

    Could you please advise how this can be done.

    Hi Vincent,

    Thank you for your response.

    Could you please treat this chain as a separate request because our circumstances have now changed. We previously wanted to change the Merchant ID whilst keeping the same Installation ID.

    We are now looking to change the Installation ID because we are unable to amend the Merchant ID.

    Could you please advise us how we can change the Installation IDs on our Jotform Worldpay integrations.

    Hi Rob, thank you for getting back to us.

    I'm afraid that there is no option on our end to change your WorldPay Installation ID. I believe that the installation ID was assigned by the WorldPay payment service to a single merchant installation for a Business Gateway merchant. If you want to change your Installation ID, kindly reach out to WorldPay and ask them if it is possible to change it.

    You can then re-integrate the order form with the updated installation ID.

    We will reach out to WorldPay to have our Installation ID changed, but we would like to know how to edit our current Jotforms to embed this new Installation ID once we have it.

    Could you please advise how we would do this.

    You would have to remove the WorldPay integration from your form and put it back in.

    Hi Rob,

    Thank you for your quick reply.


    Sorry for the lack of clarity in my last message.


    So in the builder, you would have to click on your payment field, then on the right, select the magic wand (Payment Settings) > and then input your Installation ID.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, whilst we did establish how to change an Installation ID within Jotform, our new Installation ID will automatically choose a Merchant ID we do not wish to use, e.g our Installation ID 12345 will automatically use Merchant Code 1, but we want to use Merchant Code 2.

    We are unable to make any changes in Worldpay, and from our previous conversations I understand that we are unable to change a Merchant Code from our standard editing page within Jotform.

    Would it be possible to speak with one of your developers directly? I believe there could be a simple fix for this with the help of your dev team.

    Currently, it is not possible to choose the merchant code used in the payment integration.

    I have forwarded a feature request to our developers.

    Please note that we cannot give an ETA when this feature would be added or will it be passed however, once updates are available, you will be notified at this support ticket.
