How to attach/upload a document through a form?

    Is there a method to attach a document to a registration form I have created in JotFORM and then have the registration form and attachment sent to an email address?

    Our Upload File feature fits your needs exactly. 

    That will let your form users to upload a file and send it along with your form. You can easily edit the file extensions you want your users to be able to upload. And to learn more about uploading files please refer this guide: Upload Field Allowed File Types

    Once the form user submits the form you will receive a notication email wiht your form data including the uploaded file.
