Jotforms not working on Classroom Platform (due to FirefoxAsked by hipharp on September 30, 2013 at 09:45 AM
Hi there -
My jotforms aren't working on my new "Ruzuku" classroom platform. The folks there finally explained to me that it's because their site is secure (i.e. https) and the jotforms I'm creating aren't (they're just http forms).
They explained that Firefox no longer allows mixing secure and non-secure elements (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-does-content-isnt-secure-affect-my-safety)
Is there a way for me to create secure forms in Jotform so they'll embed correctly and show up on this site?
I'm on a deadline with this, so I'd love to get some feedback on it ASAP. Thanks so much!!!
yes it is possible, could you check this guide about using secure forms?
