Form: Ability to use custom domain for individual plans

    If i use Free plan it must refresh every month? right ? so why i have limited account now if we have 1 december ?

    Yes that is correct. Submissions limits are reset on the first day of each month.

    I did check your account and found that limits have already reset. Your account is in good shape currently and all your forms should work as expected. I have gone ahead and cleared your form cache from here. Please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.

    We appreciate your feedback and thank you for your concern. The custom URL option is currently available on the Enterprise level only. Unfortunately, custom domains can not be offered as a standalone feature. At the moment, we can only offer it within the Enterprise package.

    Thats why i suggest you to move it to low level accounts. Can i speak some one who response about features and not just support? can i have email or skype or other contact

    Please allowed me to escalate this ticket as a feature request to our back-end team. We can't provide an ETA about when it will be available, but we will notify you via this ticket as soon as we have updates.

    Currently, we only offer support through the Support Forum. You may open a ticket in our Support Forum and offer us suggestions/feedback.

    In the meantime, there is a workaround way by using our embedded form feature. This way, it will not show Jotform's URL. You may want to take a look at the following guides:

    Through this method, the Jotform's brand will still be displayed in Free account. However, the user may turn it off if they subscribe to Bronze plan or above. You may want to take a look at our following pricing plan: https://www.jotform.com/pricing/.

    Jessica, are you see potencial in what i request ? How this feature can help your company grow if it will be enabled for all paid plans ? I will personaly subscribe when you will enable it. And many other users will love to see it not only for Enterprise plans

    Hi,

    I'm Evren, development manager at JotForm.

    We have offered a custom domain option for many years on our all plans, including Starter for free :) As my colleagues mentioned, we moved that feature to our Enterprise plan, which is not really costly if you need a fully customized experience. Our enterprise plan is fully white-label, not only the domain but also your companies logo, etc. I'm not a marketing guy but I suggest you check the enterprise plan first.

    Why do you exactly need it? Just serve forms from your domain?

    Yeah i just want to see this feature in every paid plan. This will help a lot to all marketers who use your service. Its simple but it will help a lot. Enterprise plan not for starters. Show to your costumers more love for free lol :)
