    Jotform in Composite C1 Site

    Asked by mrrcomp on September 30, 2013 at 10:15 AM

    I created a form and installed it on the website.During initial testing it was working however after adding a different class for the submit button it's just transfering the user to the next page and the contents of the form are not showing on the jotform site and not being sent to the email address.

    Would appreciate any help you can provide.

    Regards

    Hi,

    I'm afraid that the issue is not related with adding a class to the submit button, It seems that you modified the form action attribute or maybe the Composite C1 code generator made it.

    This is what you have now at your site:

    action="http://www.livingfreeofstress.com/Home/Download"

    and it should be:

    action="http://support.jotform.com/submit.php"

    You can change it in order to make it work, or re-embed your form again with the original code.

    Hope it helps

    please let us know if you ened further assistance

    thanks
