disable option for users to login to Google or Facebook when filling the form

My last question is it possible to turn off where the customers have to connect with google or facebook to fill out the form? I am trying to make it as simple as possible for my customers.

Also when i try to do facebook there is an error message.

You can set your forms to public to allow all users to fill the form.
