My account seems to be inactive - will not allow me to login

Hi, I usually log in to my account via gmail with my email address lydia@graceu.org. For some reason, it will no longer allow me to login to the account via gmail and when I click on the link for the forms I've created under that account it says form is disabled! It also will not allow me to create a new account using that email address. Please assist. I'm really hoping I can retrieve the forms I've created under this account ASAP!
