refund subscription

    Hello,

    I signed up to upgrade my account and then decided against it... Y'all have charged me $131 so is it safe to assume that y'all will also refund me that amount in the near future?

    I have checked your subscription and it seems:

    • On June, you have brought a Bronze yearly subscription.
    • On Nov 30, 2020 you have upgraded the subscription to Silver yearly.

    The system pro-rated the unused time in Bronze with the Silver upgrade and you had to pay only $131 for the upgrade.

    • On the same day, you have downgraded back to the Bronze yearly.

    The system pro-rated the downgrade and you have a closing balance of $44 that can be used for the next renewal.

    We can refund the $44 to your account.

    A pro-rated refund of $44 has been processed as requested. You should be able to see the refunded money on your end in the next 5-10 working days.

    Can you please tell me if I am set up for auto-renewal?

    Yes, the recurring will be automatic. All Jotform subscriptions are recurring, meaning you will get charged automatically on the due date.
