Can we upgrade for one month only?

    My question is can we get an upgrade for just one month; we have an event that has a registration deadline and don't need to keep using it after the deadline.

    Thanks for contacting us.

    You can upgrade your account using our monthly subscription and downgrade at anytime you wish, so in your case you will need to downgrade after one month and before the next billing date. 

    To cancel your subscription or downgrade to Free please follow these steps:

    1. Login your account to JotForm.

    2. Click on the icon that seems a person.

    3. Then click on account.

    4. Go to Billing tab.

    5. And click Switch Subscription under Starter (Free) Plan

    6. Click Cancel Subscription button on the new window.
