All the values on my appointment booking form have reset

    I use the appointment booking widget to manage school club bookings. All has been fine, but I've just noticed that all the available spaces do not now reflect all the submissions. So for example we a club with 10 spaces, all 10 were booked and it showed as 'fully booked'. Now however it is showing as 10 spaces again.

    I've disabled the form for now, but need to get back up and running extremely quickly. Please can you help?

    Also the same issue with a similar form for older year groups.

    UPDATE: I can still access all the submissions so can't understand why the spaces have gone back to all available. I have now gone back and manually adjusted the available spaces having worked through the submissions. Hopefully things won't just switch back to normal.

    We have a problem with some of our widgets, but our developers have fixed it. I've cleared your forms cache to make sure that changes are taking effect. Kindly check again and let us know if the issue persists.
