My embedded form was unable to process order

When our customers are on the meal selection page, https://www.idealnutritionsofla.com/menu.html and they click on the submit button on the bottom page, it changes to please wait and just sits there and it doesn't complete the customer's order. Please advise.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.I have cloned your form and successfully submit a test submission. It looks like there might be some issues during embedding.
Could you kindly try to re-embedded using iFrame method? You may refer to the following guide to get iFrame's code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-getting-the-form-iframe-code
Please give it a try and let us know if the issue continues to persist. If it does, would you allow us to submit a test submission?
