My embedded form was unable to process order

    Our site is currently not processing orders for our customers. When our customers are on the meal selection page, https://www.idealnutritionsofla.com/menu.html and they click on the submit button on the bottom page, it changes to please wait and just sits there and it doesn't complete the customer's order. Please advise.

    I have cloned your form and successfully submit a test submission. It looks like there might be some issues during embedding.

    Could you kindly try to re-embedded using iFrame method? You may refer to the following guide to get iFrame's code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-getting-the-form-iframe-code

    Please give it a try and let us know if the issue continues to persist. If it does, would you allow us to submit a test submission?
