Our Submission Count Has Stopped Updating

    To whom it may concern:

We use Jotform to register people for church, and currently have a 40-person limit, which we track with the counter in that field. Yesterday, it was working fine. Today, most (but not all) of our forms still show "40 open" even though many of those slots are already filled. If we try to fill out a submission anyway, it does not permit us to and displays an error message: "There are errors on the form. Please fix them before continuing." We have not changed any settings from yesterday to today, and lots of people are trying to register for our December services, including Christmas. Please help. Thanks!

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I checked your forms and everything seems to be fine.

The counters are displaying actual numbers and I've been able to successfully submit on the clone of your form I've made. It even went down from 40 to 39.

On your forms the things are looking fine:

This might've been a temporary glitch.

Could you please check again and let us know if you encounter any further issues?

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
