Not Recieving Password Reset Email

    I have been trying to get ahold of someone in customer service for several days. It's pretty frustrating that there is no number to call and no one responds to emails, even though you say support is available 24/7. I'm paying for a plan, but can't even access my account because it says my email isn't even found (despite the payment plan being set up with it). I waited all day for a simple password reset email, that apparently came at 8:21pm, when I was not at work. When I clicked on the link this morning at work, it's already expired? I need someone to get back to me please. Otherwise, I think I may need to cancel and find a different solution.

    Unfortunately, we don't currently offer live phone support. This support forum is our main support channel for any assistance you need, and we will respond to your concern as soon as possible.

    Please note that password reset instructions email are sent to the account profile email address. 

    Do you have access to ka***n.mil***er@uf**75.org email address? If yes, I have just initiated the password recovery email and you need to click on the link which is sent to ka***n.mil***er@uf**75.org to reset the password.
