Hi,
I've just created a form for my clients however they are not able to open the form on their phones, only on computer/laptop.
How can I ensure that my clients can open and complete the form regardless of what device they are on?

Please share the form URL so we can test it here. Have you checked the form on your own mobile device? Are you also unable to see the form on mobile devices? Do you know the mobile devices they are using?
