My employees are telling me that they have been submitting their time cards and I will only receive one or two at the most and have to have them do it all over again.

Hi,
Is the issue that you're not receiving the Emails or are the submissions not appearing in your submissions page?
I assume you are referring to this form: https://www.jotform.com/build/80565305784159/
I have checked your history log and it seems all of the submissions are being sent as notifications.
You can check them logs right here: https://support.jotform.com/myaccount/history
Could you try testing a different email address and checking if you have any issues still?
