The use case for our organization is that I want to create an online form which will take the information and import the data captured into an established PDF intake form that I have to use, as mandated by IRS. Can JotForm be of use in this case? What would be the set up required?

I am attaching the form that I am referring to. Hopefully that is helpful.

    Thanks

    Hello Ross,

That's possible with JotForm. Here's how to import your PDF Form to JotForm https://www.jotform.com/help/548-how-can-i-import-my-own-pdf-with-smart-pdf-forms.

After the import, a webform will be created out of your PDF form. If there are fields that are not created or mapped into your PDF form, you can always edit them on the form builder. So once your preview and fill out your form, you'd see Preview PDF button where you can preview your data into the original PDF.
